1. What it is

Ad-funded routing layer. Earn Tokens (ads / partner clicks / surveys), spend on Claude / GPT / Gemini / others. Zero markup on provider costs — one Token of wallet equals one Token of model spend. Calls go through Vercel AI Gateway — Vercel is the providers' customer; we are Vercel's; you are ours. We never hold, transfer, or resell provider API keys.

2. Eligibility

• 13+ (Anthropic / OpenAI minimum). Under 18 = parent or guardian accepts on your behalf.
• .edu email by default; explicit non-student opt-in available.
• One account per person. Duplicates may be suspended.

3. Hard prohibitions

These mirror Anthropic's AUP + OpenAI Services Agreement §3.3. Breaking them = termination and possible referral to the upstream provider.

Access / keys

• No buying, selling, leasing, or transferring your AdToken account, session, or access.
• No buying, selling, sharing, or transferring any provider API key (Anthropic / OpenAI / Google / any) via AdToken.
• No reselling Tokens, AdToken-funded calls, or AdToken-as-AI-middleman to third parties.

Outputs

• No passing AI output off as human-written where it could mislead.
• No CSAM, deceptive impersonation of real people, malware/weapons content, mass influence ops, harassment / defamation / threats.
• High-stakes use (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical) = drafts requiring human review, never substitute for licensed professional advice.
• No circumventing any provider's rate limits, ToS, or access controls.

Earn-side abuse

• No automated/scripted ad views, survey completions, or partner clicks.
• No multi-accounting to double-claim daily rewards.
• No prompt-extraction attacks against AdToken or any upstream provider.

4. Tokens

• Internal accounting unit. No cash value, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable.
• Expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
• Partner/network reversals (chargebacks, fraud) → we may reverse the matching credit.
• Per-call cost tracks upstream provider pricing; no markup added without notice.

5. Privacy

• We store: email, earn history (for credits), spend history (for metering).
• Prompts + conversation go to Vercel AI Gateway → the upstream provider. Both their data policies apply.
• We do not record outputs unless you opt into prompt observation (off by default, toggle at /me).
• Disclosed to law enforcement when legally required.
• Full disclosure — including GDPR / CCPA category framework, data-subject rights, retention schedules, supervisory authorities — is at our Privacy Policy. California residents can opt out via /do-not-sell (we do not sell or share Personal Information).

6. Disclaimers

"As is." AI outputs may be wrong, biased, or harmful. No uptime / quality / model-availability guarantees. Earn payouts depend on third-party networks (AppLixir, CPX, Rakuten) we don't control.

7. Liability

You don't pay us cash, so we don't impose an arbitrary cash cap. We disclaim indirect, incidental, and consequential damages (lost data, lost profits, downstream business losses). For direct harm caused by our negligence, applicable consumer-protection law governs — we don't try to contract our way out of it.

8. Termination

You: leave anytime, delete account at /me. Us: may suspend/terminate for any §3 violation, with or without notice depending on severity. §3, §4, §5, §6, §7, §9 survive.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes flagged at the top of this page + in-product before they take effect. Continued use = acceptance.
